Chata Olimpijczyka Jasia i Helenki is our family restaurant in the heart of Wisla, run for three generations. It is maintained in the highlander style, and in its climatic interiors you can feel the respect for the region, the traditions of Wisłla and the mountains.
The menu is dominated by traditional Vistula flavours, known to the owners from their childhood. Here you can eat, among others, cabbage soup in the Vistula style, scone pancakes baked with butter and cream, ribs or Vistula-style kolocz. These dishes, along with pies with szpyrkas and herbal tea, were included on the Silesian Flavours Culinary Trail in 2015.
For guests wishing to breathe in the fresh mountain air, there is a large seasonal terrace with beautiful views, which on a warm evening is the perfect place for a romantic candlelit dinner or a family dinner. Every Friday, a live highland band plays at the Chata Olimpijczyka Jasia i Helenki.
Especially for gourmets of regional delicacies there was created “Kredens Jasia i Helenki” – a pantry with the restaurant’s own products, herbal wines and regional drinks. The products of the restaurant can also be purchased in our Willa74.
