\u00a71 Subject of the Rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and residence in Willa74 and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card.
2. The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons staying on the premises of Villa74 at
ul. 1 Maja 74 in Wisla.
3. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Reception, in the handbook and for download from www.willa74.pl<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a72 Hotel day<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The room is rented for a hotel day.
2. Hotel day starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. the next day.
3. If there is such a possibility, the Guest may occupy the room before the beginning of the hotel day at no additional charge.
4. If there is a possibility, the Guest may extend the hotel day at no extra charge up to 2:00 p.m. After that time, a fee for another day is charged.
5. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the day specified on the day of arrival, please report to the reception desk by 10:00 a.m. The request will be fulfilled if a free room is available.
6. Willa74 may not extend the room rental in case of lack of vacancies or advance booking of the room, as well as in case of gross violation of the regulations by the Guest during his\/her stay.
7. Leaving belongings or staying in the room after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure without informing the staff in advance is treated as an extension of the stay. Willa74 may charge for the next day\u0328 room rental according to the price list valid on that day.
8. The guest may not share or transfer the room he or she has rented to others, even if the period for which he or she has paid for the stay has not expired.
9. Persons who are not registered in Willa74 may stay in rooms only from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The stay of unregistered persons in a room rented by a Guest after 10.00 p.m. is tantamount to consent of the person renting the room for paid accommodation of those persons in the room. Each person will be added to the room at the price of an extra bed for an adult in accordance with the currently valid price list. Visitors stay in the rooms at the sole responsibility of the Guest.
10. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a73 Reservation and registration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. At the time of check-in at Willa74, the Guest is obliged to present an official document with his\/her photograph to the reception employee in order to confirm his\/her identity. In the case of refusal to show the document, the receptionist has the right to refuse to issue a key to the room and thus to conclude the hotel agreement.
2. The guest personally enters in the registration card: registration details from the identity card, email address, telephone number and puts a legible signature on it.
3. At the request of the Guest, the receptionist is obliged to enter the remaining registration data from the identity document by himself. The receptionist is not allowed to keep the identity document – it is given back immediately after filling in the registration card.
4. Willa74 reserves the right to request payment “in advance” in the case of first-time Guests. In case of refusal, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue a room key.
5. The receptionist has the right to ask for payment of the bill earlier than on departure, when the bill exceeds the amount of PLN 1,000.
6. If you book a room and do not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of booking, Willa74 reserves the right to charge for one hotel night.
7. According to the new wording of Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, the desire to receive a VAT invoice should be notified directly at the time of payment.
8. The guest agrees to VAT invoices being issued without signature.
9. The Guest gives his\/her consent to the processing of his\/her personal data for the purpose of registration and placing his\/her data in the database of Willi74 in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101 item 926 with later amendments). Guests have the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a74 Services provided<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Willa74 provides services according to its standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them to the reception without delay.
2. Willa74 is obliged to provide:
a. conditions for full and unrestricted rest of Guests;
b. safety of the stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of information about Guests;
c. professional and courteous service;
d. cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of equipment in the absence of the Guest, and in his\/her presence only if he\/she expresses such a wish and consent;
3. Willa74 is obliged to:
a. respond promptly to comments and objections raised regarding the level of service, the functioning of the facility’s equipment and the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by taking action to rectify defects or shortcomings immediately;
b. in the event of defects which cannot be removed immediately, the facility will endeavour to replace the room if possible or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
4. At the request of the Guest, Willa74 provides the following services free of charge:
a. providing information related to your stay and travel;
b. ordering a taxi;
5. Guests may use:
a. Finnish sauna (after payment of PLN 30);
b. the multifunctional room (free of charge).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a75 Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. When leaving the room, the Guest should always make sure that doors are properly closed, including balcony doors and windows.
2. The liability of Willa74 for loss of or damage to items brought in by the Guest is governed by the provisions of Articles 846, 849 of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended).
3. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of Willa74 property caused by the Guest or his\/her visitors. The price list of the movable property of the room is available at the Reception.
4. Guests should immediately notify the Reception of damage, loss or destruction of belongings upon discovery.
5. Guests should store luggage in their room or in a place designated by the property for this purpose.
6. Personal effects left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest’s expense to the address specified by the Guest. If no such instruction is received, Willa74 will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or dispose of them. Willa74 does not store food and perishable items\u0328 including cosmetics and medicines.
7. The parking spaces located on the premises are not guarded. Willa74 is not responsible for damage or loss of the car, or any other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals regardless of where the vehicle was left.
8. Guests will be charged 50 PLN for losing their room keys.
9. At all times during their stay at Villa74, children under the age of 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. Legal guardians are responsible for the behaviour of children, including any damage and\/or injury done by them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a76 Silence of the night<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. of the following day, the accommodation facility is closed.
2. During quiet hours, Guests and people using Willa74’s services are required to refrain from behaviour that could disturb other people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a77 Animals<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The basic condition for accepting a pet under our roof is to notify the Guest of the pet’s arrival at the time of booking and to receive a clear consent sent by e-mail from the Owners. It is a necessity, resulting from
due to a limited number of rooms intended for the stay of animals.
2. WOnly pets are allowed in Villa74. In particular, Willa74 has the right to refuse to accept animals commonly regarded as dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids and certain dog breeds included in in the Regulation of the Interior and Administration of 28 April 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive.
3. The stay of an animal is conditional on the possession of a health booklet with current vaccinations and a certificate of deworming.
4. In the interest of safety, the animal should have a leash, collar, muzzle, cage – depending on the species of animal.
5. The animal must not be left alone in the room in the absence of the owner.
6. A pet staying on the premises of Willa74 must not disturb other Guests staying on the premises. Please make sure that your pet does not make noise, especially at night.
7. Damage caused by the animal is the responsibility of its owner.
8. The fee for a pet is 25 PLN per day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a78 Other provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. For reasons of fire safety, the use of mains-operated electrical appliances not included in the equipment of the rooms is prohibited (except for computers, mobile phones and shavers or hairdryers).
2. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms. Violation of the ban will result in a charge of PLN 500 to your bill.
3. Social events are strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the willa74.
4. No dangerous goods, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive or illuminating materials may be stored in the rooms.
5. In the event of a false fire alarm, e.g. unjustified use of a manual call point, the Guest will be charged a fine of PLN 1,000.
6. The rules of using the Finnish sauna are regulated by separate regulations available
at the Reception.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a79 Final provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The Regulations of Willa74 are effective from 1 October 2020 for an indefinite period.
2. In the event of a violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the personnel of Willi74 may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to comply immediately with the orders of the Willa74 staff, to pay for the services provided so far and to pay for any damage or destruction that may have been done, and to leave the premises of the Willa74.
3. Willa74 may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, has grossly violated the rules and regulations, causing damage to the property of the facility or Guests, or damage to the person of Guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying in Willa74, or who has otherwise disturbed the peace in Willa74.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
