Animal policy

In Willa74 we accept pets. The basic condition for accepting a pet under our roof is to notify the guest of the pet’s arrival at the time of booking and receive a clear consent sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

In order to make a reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value through the online payment system is required. In case of cancellation or no-show of the guest on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 30% of the booking value.
