1. Who is the controller of your personal data?

3. Where do we get your data from?

We received them from you in connection with the provision of travel services to you or based on your consent.

4. What is the purpose and legal basis of the Company's processing of your personal data?

We may process your personal data as it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract between us, including:
(a) providing travel services,
b) Handling complaints;
c) handling your letters which you address to us (e.g. via the contact form);
d) to contact you, including for the purposes of providing services.

In addition, we also process your personal data for the purposes set out below, based on the Company’s legitimate interests, which are:
(a) ensuring the security of the services we provide;
(b) debt recovery; litigation, arbitration and mediation;
c) conducting statistical analyses;
d) storing data for archival purposes,
e) for tax and accounting purposes and to fulfil other public law obligations to which we are obliged under generally applicable legislation.

In addition, only if you give your consent, the Company processes your personal data for the purpose of storing data in cookies and collecting data from websites and mobile applications, as well as for other purposes, including marketing, which are explicitly indicated in your declaration of consent to data processing.

5. Do you need to give us your personal data and what data do we process?

The Company requires your personal data in order to enter into and perform the contract concluded with you. The data you provide us with are: name, surname, residential address, PESEL, series and number of identity card, telephone number and e-mail address. If you do not provide your personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to provide our services to you. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, for example, for accounting or tax purposes. Otherwise, your data is provided on a voluntary basis.

6. What rights do you have against the Company in relation to the data processed?

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict its processing, to have it transferred, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
With regard to data that we process based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to our processing of your personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. In what situations can you object to the processing of your data?

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where the processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which you find yourself.

8. With whom do we share your personal data?

The Company may share your personal data with affiliated companies, in addition to couriers, service providers and other entities, insofar as this is necessary to provide services to you. The Company may provide your personal data to public authorities.

9. How long do we keep your personal data?

The Company shall store your personal data for the time necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time during which it is possible to assert claims in connection with the performance of the contract and for the purposes of public law settlements, a maximum of 6 years from the date on which the cooperation ends. In addition, data may be stored by us for the purposes of preventing fraud and abuse, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date the cooperation ends or the event giving rise to the need for such processing.

10. Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

Your data will not be transferred by the Company outside the European Economic Area, except to Google LLC, based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are the standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

11. Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means or subject to profiling.
